Our Harm Reduction Outreach Program offers a structured, supportive environment for at-risk youth aged 9-12, aimed at preventing the recurrence of risky behaviors. This afterschool initiative focuses on building resilience and self-regulation skills. Participation requires a referral from an agency to ensure targeted and effective support.
